A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Henley Roofing Company, Inc. for the Fire Station #7 Reroof Project, increasing the contract amount by $58,946.00 for a new total contract amount not to exceed $200,946.00 and extending the date of completion to March 19, 2026.
