Fund case management program for homelessness prevention.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a multi-party agreement with the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee and Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (”KCDC”) to fund the case management program focused on homelessness prevention in KCDC elderly/disabled housing, in the amount of $187,500.00, with the City’s portion not to exceed $156,250.00. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
