Request MPC consider rezoning 3428 Broadway to Park and Open Space

A Resolution respectfully requesting the Metropolitan Planning Commission to consider and make recommendation to City Council regarding possible change to the zoning classification of property located at 3428 Broadway from C-3, General Commercial and F-1, Floodway District to OS-2, Park and Open Space and F-1 Floodway District and to the extent required, amending the One Year Comprehensive Development Plan and Zoning Plan to amend the classification of all such property, if necessary.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
