Lease property for public access to Tennessee River

A Resolution approving an agreement between the City and Knoxville's Community Development Corporation to lease property located on the northern side of Langford Avenue in order to provide the public temporary access to the Tennessee River for non- motorized boats.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
