A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase in fee simple title property and all improvements within the property, located at 2727 Holbrook Drive, CLT No. 058F-F-048.01, from Charles R. Barnes, for an amount of $70,000.00, as part of the Holbrook Drive Bridge Replacement Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
