An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,450.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Community Shares acting as fiscal agent for the Socially Equal Energy Efficient Development organization, toward the Baby Roadrunner's Football Inner City Youth programs.(Requested by Council Members Palmer, Brown, Stair)
