An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,400.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Community Shares acting as fiscal agent for the Socially Equal Energy Efficient Development organization, toward the project to create and sustain green jobs for certain Knoxville at-risk youth.(Requested by Council Members Palmer, Della Volpe, Campen, Brown, Stair)
