A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a 1,147 square foot tract, a 1,525 square foot temporary construction easement, a 1,974 square foot slope easement, and a 1,451 square foot permanent drainage easement, located at 2801 Holbrook Drive, CLT No. 058-F-A-003, from First Baptist Church of Powell for $25,612.00, as part of the Holbrook Drive Bridge Replacement Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
