Authorize change order for tennis clubhouse at West Hills Community Park

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Change Order to the Agreement between the City of Knoxville and Venture Builders LLC in order to revise the scope of work and extend the date of completion of the tennis clubhouse at West Hills Community Park, so as to increase the contract price by $1,782.75 for a new contract total price of $394,880.75.(Requested by Department of Parks and Recreation)
