An Ordinance of the Council of the City Of Knoxville amending Chapter 6 of the Knoxville City Code to add a new Article IID adopting the 2012 edition of the International Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities, providing regulations that encourage new design methods by allowing a broader parameter for meeting the intent of the International Codes in the City Of Knoxville, providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and providing for a delayed effective date of May 1, 2013.(Requested by Department of Plans Review & Building Inspections)
