A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a 104 square foot tract and a 1,436 square foot temporary construction easement located at 723 E. Woodland Avenue, CLT No. 081EK016, from Chris and Meredith Prince, for $1,450.00, as part of the E. Woodland Avenue Sidewalk Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
