Ordinance to create Department of Public Assembly Facilities and Advisory Board.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the Knoxville City Code to delete the existing Article XII and to add a new Article II, Division 13 creating a Department of Public Assembly Facilities and the Public Assembly Facilities Advisory Board.(Requested by Mayor and Vice Mayor Pavlis)

On December 20, 2012, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to create Department of Public Assembly Facilities and Advisory Board.” by a vote of 9–0.
