Appropriate $450 from Community Improvement Fund to Legacy Parks Foundation for Urban Wilderness patch.
An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $450.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Legacy Parks Foundation to create an Urban Wilderness patch that can be earned by hikers, including Boy and Girl Scouts, that hike the various wilderness trails.(Requested by Council Member Stair)
