Appropriate $1,050 from Community Improvement Fund to Candora Arts for festival.
An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,050.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Candora Arts & Heritage Center, Inc., to be utilized toward funding the annual South Knoxville Art and Heritage Festival.(Requested by Council Members Grieve, Campen, Stair and Saunders)
