Suspend rules to allow Mr. King to speak an additional five (5) minutes.
On May 14, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Suspend rules for additional public comment on Item 10-a.” by a vote of 9–0.
Motion to: Suspend rules to allow Mr. King to speak an additional five (5) minutes.
