Authorize license agreement with State of TN for Cumberland Ave Streetscapes Project.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a license agreement with the State of Tennessee to improve pedestrian access and provide landscape enhancements along the entire right-of-way of Cumberland Avenue from Third Creek to Sixteenth Street, also known as the Cumberland Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
