Authorize agreement with Vaughn & Melton for Cumberland Ave Streetscapes Project.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of Knoxville and Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc., for construction engineering and inspection services for Phase I of the Cumberland Avenue Streetscapes Project in an amount not to exceed $338,874.04.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
