Suspend rules for additional opposition speaker.
Suspend the rules to allow one additional speaker in opposition to speak for five (5) minutes.
On May 14, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Suspend rules for additional opposition speaker.” by a vote of 9–0.
Motion to: Suspend the rules to allow one additional speaker in opposition to speak for five (5) minutes.
