Authorize agreement with UT for bus shelters.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the University of Tennessee delaying the return of ten (10) City-owned bus shelters located on the University's Knoxville campus until such time as these shelters are replaced by the University with new shelters.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
