Apply for $150K grant for KPD officer safety and wellness EAP.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award of $150,000, with no required local match, from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, through the Community Policing Development Grants Program to research, develop, identify, and implement effective practices for an Employee Assistance Program for the Knoxville Police Department, related to officer safety and wellness.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
