Ordinance amending Knoxville City Code regarding International Green Construction Code.

An Ordinance of the Council Of The City of Knoxville amending Chapter 6 of the Knoxville City Code to add a new Article IIE; adopting the 2012 edition of the International Green Construction Code; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the collection of fees therefor; providing penalties for the violation thereof; and providing for a delayed effective date of May 1, 2013.(Requested by Department of Plans Review & Building Inspections)
