Approve amendment to contract with S&ME, Inc. for South Waterfront Phase II services.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to approve an amendment to Contract No. C-10-0172 with S&ME, Inc., for additional environmental Phase II services in the South Waterfront Redevelopment Area in an amount not to exceed $11,000.00 for a new contract price of $393,000.00.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
