Authorize Mayor to execute agreement for Ulster Ave Stream Restoration

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with KCI-Environmental Technologies and Construction, Inc. for the Ulster Avenue Stream Restoration and Cavalier Avenue Bank Stabilization Project, No. 12F-D-0516, for an amount not to exceed $135,512.20.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
