An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 26, Articles I and V of the Knoxville City Code to authorize, on a trial basis, the use of commercial pedal carriages.(Requested by Office of Business Support)

On September 3, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code to authorize commercial pedal carriages (trial basis)” by a vote of 9–0.
