Approve Change Order No. 2 for Cityview Riverwalk Extension Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 2 to Contract No. C-13-0172 with Ronald Franks Construction Company, LLC, increasing the contract amount by $9,252.90 for a new contract total of $455,319.38 for the Cityview Riverwalk Extension Project, and to extend the date of completion.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
