Approve Change Order No. 1 for Liberty Building Demolition contract
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. C-13-0304 with S&ME, Inc., increasing the contract amount by $18,815.00 for a new contract total of $43,630.00 for the Liberty Building Demolition Specification and Project Monitoring contract, and to extend the date of completion.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
