Authorize agreement for Administration Building restoration services
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of Knoxville and the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, Tennessee to provide design and construction management services related to the restoration of the historic Administration Building located on the Lakeshore campus at a cost not to exceed $1,200,000.00.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
