A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a design services, quality control testing and observation services contract with Foundation Systems Engineering, P.C. for the proposed gunite and anchor system at the Will Skelton Greenway gabion retaining wall.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
