Amend ordinance on wearing masks, hoods or disguises

An Ordinance amending Chapter 19, Article III, Section 19-62 of the Knoxville City Code to amend the prohibition on the wearing of masks, hoods or disguises in public places or on the property of another.(Requested by Policy)

On September 17, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend ordinance on wearing masks, hoods or disguises” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0
