An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-78(c) of the Knoxville City Code relative to due dates of remedial plans and fines for underage beer sales.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Palmer)

On October 29, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending code on remedial plans and fines for underage beer sales.” by a vote of 8–0.
