License agreement for grade crossing on Cumberland Ave Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to enter into a license agreement with the Knoxville & Holston River Railroad Company for a Public Grade Crossing as part of Phase I of the Cumberland Avenue Streetscapes Project with a fee of $12,500.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On November 12, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “License agreement for grade crossing on Cumberland Ave Project” by a vote of 9–0.
