License agreement for stormwater pipe on Cumberland Ave Project
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a license agreement for replacement of a stormwater pipe crossing upon the property of the Knoxville & Holston River Railroad Company as part of Phase I of the Cumberland Avenue Streetscapes Project at a cost of $6,500.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On November 12, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “License agreement for stormwater pipe on Cumberland Ave Project” by a vote of 9–0.
