Authorize mayor to establish rules for mobile food vending
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 23, Article I of the Knoxville City Code to authorize the mayor to establish rules and regulations for the operation of mobile food vending establishments.(Requested by Office of Business Support)
On November 12, 2013, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize mayor to establish rules for mobile food vending” by a vote of 9–0.
Amend Chapter 23, Article I of the Knoxville City Code to authorize the mayor to establish rules and regulations for the operation of mobile food vending establishments.
