Authorize IDB to negotiate payments in lieu of taxes from JHD, LLC
A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from JHD, LLC payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to property located at 114, 120 and 124 West Jackson Avenue and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Industrial Development Board as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated § 7-53-305.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
