Quincy Avenue, CLT No: 081-FL-018, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $5,000.00.(Requested by Department of Community Development)
On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize Mayor to execute quitclaim deed to Renee Hoyos for property at 434 E. Quincy Ave.” by a vote of 9–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to Renee Hoyos for one parcel of property located at 434 E. Quincy Avenue, CLT No: 081-FL-018, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $5,000.00.
