A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a right of way in fee simple title and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 2601 Merchant Drive from Robert Lane Easterly for $492.00 as part of the Wilkerson Road Bridge Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize purchase of right of way at 2601 Merchant Drive for Wilkerson Road Bridge Project.” by a vote of 9–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a right of way in fee simple title and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 2601 Merchant Drive from Robert Lane Easterly for $492.00 as part of the Wilkerson Road Bridge Improvements Project.
