On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize Mayor to execute Easement Agreement for building encroachment at 1514 Hoitt Ave.” by a vote of 8–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Agreement with William E. and Shelba H. Murphy to permit their building to encroach onto property located at 1514 Hoitt Avenue, owned by the City of Knoxville.
