On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize MOU with KUB for utility facilities and street lights at Lakeshore Park.” by a vote of 9–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) concerning new utility facilities and temporary street lights for Lakeshore Park.
