On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize agreement with Vaughn & Melton for Sevier Ave. Improvements Project.” by a vote of 9–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc. for the Sevier Avenue Improvements Project, for an amount not to exceed $251,095.00.
