On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize lease agreement with William L. Ambrose, III for space at 30 Market Square.” by a vote of 9–0.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease agreement with William L. Ambrose, III, for approximately 658 square feet of a portion of the first floor at 30 Market Square for an annual amount not to exceed $6,240.00.
