On February 17, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance appropriating $4,600 to Fountain City Lions Club for park maintenance.” by a vote of 9–0.
An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $4,600.00 from Parks and Recreation Department funds and donating same to Fountain City Lions Club to be utilized toward the maintenance and upkeep of Fountain City Park.
