Authorize agreement to modernize traffic control system.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to modernize the City's traffic control system in an amount not to exceed $1,311,600.00 with the City being responsible for $262,320.00.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
