Authorize Mayor to apply for and accept TEMA grant for storm damage reimbursement

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a grant from the State of Tennessee, Department of Military, Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) for reimbursement of up to $250,000.00 of eligible expenses from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the February 15-23, 2015 storm events resulting in damage to City property.(Requested by Department of Finance)
