Amend City Code regarding demolition permits for historically significant structures

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 6 "Buildings and Building Regulations", Article II, Section 6-32 by adding Subsection 105.5.5 related to delay and issuance of demolition permits for historically significant structures. (MPC Approved 9-5) (File No. 4-B-15-OA)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 12, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code regarding demolition permits for historically significant structures” by a vote of 9–0.
