An Ordinance approving the request of Harrison Construction for an amendment to the East City Sector Plan from Light Industrial to Heavy Industrial for property located on the north side of Rutledge Pike, east and west sides of Spring Hill Road. (MPC Approved 12-0-2) (File No. 4-B-15-SP) (Fourth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On May 12, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amendment to East City Sector Plan for Harrison Construction” by a vote of 9–0.
