Authorize reimbursement for KUB utilities relocation for W. Jackson Ave Streetscapes

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to reimburse a portion of the relocation expenses for Knoxville Utilities Board utilities located along the W. Jackson Avenue right-of-way in an amount not to exceed $55,673.50 as part of the W. Jackson Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
