On September 1, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Appropriate $1,000 for Girl Talk, Inc.” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0

Motion to: appropriate the sum of $1,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Girl Talk, Inc. to be utilized toward direct program needs of said organization.
