Amend City Code Chapter 4 regarding Special Events Permits (First Reading)

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-77(a) and (b) of the Knoxville City Code relative to Special Events Permits.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Palmer)

On September 1, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code Chapter 4 regarding Special Events Permits (First Reading)” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0

Motion to: amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-77(a) and (b) of the Knoxville City Code relative to Special Events Permits.
