Amend City of Knoxville Employees Pension System provisions per Tennessee Law
An Ordinance to amend the Supplemental Plan Provisions of the City of Knoxville Employees Pension System so as to effect certain amendments required under Tennessee Law and to maintain the Pension System as a qualified Governmental Pension Plan.(Requested by Mayor/Pension Board)
