Authorize purchase of drainage easements at 3029 Lay Avenue
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a permanent drainage easement and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 3029 Lay Avenue from Samuel J. & Shirley J. Sole, for a total amount of $777.00, as part of the 2013 Neighborhood Drainage Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
